Jubilee Youth Ranch is looking for residential staff and intern residential staff. Residential staff are responsible for the implementation of programing, supervision and safety of students in the after school and evening hours and also on the weekends. Qualified staff will have a mature relationship with Christ, solid personal character, a teachable spirit and a calling to work with at-risk youth. Staff with skills in leadership development, sports, outdoor activities, counseling, coaching, teaching and youth ministry are desired. Ministry associates who are willing to use their God given talents and abilities to affect change in the lives of at-risk youth. Jubilee Youth Ranch and Academy is an At-will Employer and we believe that those who work at Jubilee are partners in the ministry at Jubilee.
Ministry Associates at Jubilee will be required to agree to and sign a statement of Faith which includes a reference referral from your pastor or church leader, complete a finger print background check , and pass a drug screening UA, Submit to a Drivers license history check.
Jubilee ministry associates have the opportunity for on-site housing and some room and board provided as part of a compensation package.

Jubilee Youth Ranch and Academy has several internship opportunities available. These internships can be associated with college institutions, church and para-church organizations. We offer the following Internship opportunities.
- BA and MSW counseling practicum/Clinical
- Youth Ministry
- Recreational and Program Directors
- Vocational: Ground maintenance turf management, sprinkler systems, woodshop, culinary arts
- Ag tech and 4H

Short Term Volunteers
Jubilee Youth Ranch and Academy has short and long term volunteer opportunities available. Short term volunteers are individuals or teams of people who come out to Jubilee for a day or several days and donate time to help in many areas at the ranch. Short term ministry teams are welcomed and encouraged. Bring your church men’s group, youth group, master’s commission college group out for a day or multiple days. Come out and minister to the students and the staff through work projects, chapel times and praise and worship times. We can provide meals and housing as well as recreation.
Short term volunteers are not required to fill out a volunteer application but may be required to sign a liability waiver based on the activities that the volunteers may participate in.
Long Term Volunteers
Jubilee Youth Ranch and Academy appreciates those who would like to volunteer on a long term basis that would be those who come to Jubilee on an annual or weekly basis. Long Term volunteer needs are found in all areas of the ministry and we welcome those who have the time to give and share with these young men.
